b. All payment/documents received ON OR BEFORE 12-23-2011 at 12:00PM (PST), will be released on time as scheduled.

MSC Announces Carrier Security Fee

Effective January 1, 2011, Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC) has announced a new Carrier Security Fee of USD 8.00 per container from China, Hong Kong, Korea, Japan and South East Asia Region.
